Your appointment is reserved especially for you and, while we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, we respectfully request you cancel your appointment if you are unable to attend.
Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving notice, we lose the opportunity to fill that slot which costs the salon financially. Stylists also lose the opportunity to earn commission, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
Since the appointment you have scheduled is reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply if you fail to inform us that you are unable to attend.
COLOUR APPOINTMENTS – £30 plus vat
CUTTING & STYLING APPOINTMENTS – £20 plus vat
WE DO NOT CHARGE ANY CLIENT THAT CANCELS THEIR APPOINTMENT.
EVEN IF THIS IS DONE AT VERY SHORT NOTICE.
All cancellation fees will be invoiced to your mobile number, email address or home address.
A simple phone call during business hours can be made to cancel any appointment. You can also get in touch 24hrs a day 7days a week via social media. Please be aware that we do not provide a reminder service so understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and a cancellation fee.
Your appointment has been scheduled for enough time to carry out the service you have requested. If you arrive late for your appointment, it is exceedingly difficult for us to provide you with the level of service we want to deliver. Some things just can’t be rushed. If you are running more than 5 mins late for your appointment, please call the salon as we may need to reschedul.
The cancellation policy gives us the time to inform our standby clients of any availability and keeps our team members’ schedules filled. Our aim is to provide you with an excellent level of service and our policies help us to achieve this.
